We had the best morning rafting! The entire team was so fun and welcoming upon our arrival. They made gearing up and getting to the river easy and fun. The river is beautiful, with crisp, blue water, that was surprisingly not as cold as I imagined it would be (in May). We were comfortable in our full wetsuits and found the water quite refreshing. You will get wet. Very wet. The rapids and waterfall are awesome! Don't be scared, just follow directions and use your common sense. The sauna at the end was a special treat and a thoughtful touch for guests to use. I highly recommend this experience! I would have done it again that day, or the next if we had the time. 5/5 stars. No notes.

Absolutely brilliant experience!! Fun of the highest order thanks to the hilarious, yet safety conscious guides! Exhilarating thanks to the 7 m waterfall and grade 5 rapids! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Expect to have to paddle hard and move quickly!!! I’m 65 and LOVED IT 🥰

What a great couple of hours! Everyone was super friendly and professional, the briefing and kitting out of the rafters was informative and efficient and the trip down the river was as good as we had hoped - exhilarating, and at times, nerve wracking. The Tutea Falls drop was crazy, as was the canyoning, head first, down the next rapid. Big shout out for Sasha who led us on his first ever commercial rafting trip (we only found this out afterwards!) and also to all the other Rotorua Rafting leaders - they were superb and a credit to the company.

We did the zipline with them and it was absolutely fantastic we had so much fun. Ellie and Alina were brilliant super friendly and chatty and shared their knowledge of the area, the forest regeneration, Maori history amd so much more. They made us feel very safe and looked after us very well.
