Wanaka Water Taxi

We did the boat trip out to the island and Steve provided really good info on the conservation work being done. The hike up (about 30 mins) to the top was beautiful and the lake at the top was really cool. So glad we did this in winter - almost no people!

Quiet walk during winter so we could really enjoy the island. Great views and informations given by our skipper (John) were really interesting.
