Mauao Adventures

We had the most epic service and experience when hiring paddle boards from the amazing queen that was managing at New Year - we were so grateful! She was so flexible, knowledgeable, hilarious and amazing with our kids. 10/10 all round, we can’t wait to come back again! With love from the wife that was way better at paddle boarding than her husband 😆

I did the Mountain to the Sea - Waka Ama and Guided Mauao Walk with my 11 year old. I loved it. The views were gorgeous and getting to spend time with women from the local Māori community was lovely. Ngawai and Ange were fun and great with my daughter. We had a nice picnic on the beach at the end.

Our kura participated in two sessions. The students were taught the technique, the calling and competed in races against each other. We were lucky with the weather and would highly recommend booking with Mauao Adventures.
