This tour is an absolute highlight! The organizer even called me back to plan the pickup location, so the communication beforehand was excellent. The day itself was fantastic! Derek, our driver, knows the roads like the back of his hand, so we drove very safely and quickly to Cape Reinga. We received a wealth of comprehensive information from Derek about the country, its people, history, and flora and fauna, which I really appreciated. We were always told what time we would meet again, so it was really relaxed and well-organized! Derek takes very good care of his passengers in a very responsible and typically Kiwi-friendly way :-). The gesture of actually getting out of the car for each guest and greeting them with a handshake, and saying goodbye in the evening, is the kind of old-school approach that you wish you could see more often. Respect! The food was great! There was even fruit. If you want vegetarian food, let them know in advance, and that's possible too! Highly recommended! Driving this route yourself isn't really possible because you're not even allowed to drive on 90 Mile Beach with a rental car. Excellent value for money! Thanks Derek, for this wonderful day!

My Mum and I had a wonderful time on our Cape Reinga tour. Our tour guide Holger was knowledgeable, attentive and funny - everything you want in a tour guide! Highly recommend.

Our family group of 11 had a fantastic Hole in the rock trip yesterday. We loved every aspect of it. I would recommend this company. It was a wonderful way to spend time in the Bay and we learnt so much.
